Life is a journey…not a destination. Over the years I have heard this statement often and I have come to embrace it. We are all on our own life journey of experiences and learning. I often hear people say that things happen for a reason. In getting to know me, you will find that although I believe that, I have a greater belief that in making our life choices, big or small, we are responsible for the direction our journey takes.
One of the most propelling life choices I have made has been to follow my passion of helping others. This passion combined with my many years of experience in the human service field working with individuals and families, has taken me on my own journey of becoming a life coach, author and speaker.
I have come to find that my previous work aligns well with the present-focused, strength based, action-directed drive of life coaching. I work passionately in helping my clients stay motivated towards achieving great results. I am not a counselor who focuses on the problem and the therapeutic history of it. My goal is to find solutions while providing support, guidance and motivation.
